By accessing or using the AstraOps website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
AstraOps provides AI-assisted DevOps automation tools that propose infrastructure changes as pull requests, with human approval gates, audit trails, and least-privilege access controls. Our Services are currently available through an early access program.
3. Early Access Program
The early access program provides pre-release access to AstraOps features. Early access features may be incomplete, may contain bugs, and are provided “as is.” We may modify or discontinue early access features at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
- Share your account credentials with third parties
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by AstraOps Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and infrastructure configurations.
7. Data and Security
AstraOps operates on a principle of least-privilege access. We access only the infrastructure metadata necessary to provide our Services. We do not store secrets, credentials, or sensitive configuration values. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRAOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
